MIRAGE

Mid-infrared OCT system based on NORBLIS supercontinuum laser technology. Built for 3D sub-surface inspection of coatings, ceramics, resins, composites, polymers, laminates, semiconductors and more.

Applications include atmospheric trace gas sensing, multi-species spectroscopy, optical coherence tomography, microspectroscopy, waveguide and materials characterization.

A SUN IN A BOX

Advanced manipulation of ultra-short pulses with mid-IR fiber technology makes the POLARIS and AURORA supercontinuum lasers the equivalent of an intense sun in a shoebox-sized footprint with a fiber-coupled, directional, continuous spectral output.

The NORBLIS laser scanner delivers ultra-fast, non-contact, non-destructive, sub-surface 3D imaging of ceramics and coatings. Using an enormous 1000 nm bandwidth at mid-IR wavelength the scanner delivers deep penetration and record depth resolution.
